Employer FAQs

  1. Q - When I call an Agency like yours, are they my employees or the employees of NES?

A - The employees who will be sent to your location or to your job site are the employees of NES. We take on all the risks, responsibilities and management of the individuals. NES will always inform the Client as to what their responsibilities are and they mostly include the supervision of the Associates and maintenance of a safe work environment.

  2. Q - How quickly can you find me someone for a position?

A - The response time depends on the location, duration, job description and pay rate. NES proactively recruits for several positions and more often then not; we can find someone for you on the following day. NES understands that companies often depend on Agencies to get the job done so NES will always inform our client if we cannot meet the requirements and NES will make the steps to contact another Agency for you so that you continue to get the service you have come to expect. NES will also make adjustments to its recruiting program to make sure that we can better service your organization when the next call comes in.

  3. Q - Who is responsible for safety?

A - The client is always responsible for safety. NES trains all our Associates on WHMIS and explains the job description and the safety rules and regulations of every site. They must walk the Associate through the job site and show them where the first aid kit is located, emergency exits, introduce them to the individuals in charge as well as the "report to". The Client must also show NES that they have a safety program in place. Each and every Associate has been told that they have the right to refuse work if they feel that the work is unsafe.

A - The client is always responsible for the training on their job site. Certain companies have different computer systems in place and in this situation as well; the client is responsible for the training. With every job, there are different circumstances and NES is more then willing to make accommodations to our clients. Simply ask NES about the details and they will be more then willing to work with you so that you see our services as a value and not a burden.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Associate on their first day.
