Requirements
Proven project management skills, ensuring budgets and timelines are being met
Self-starter who is motivated to be part of and contribute to the growth of the team
Professional Engineer licensed in the province of Ontario
15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment
Charismatic; able to network and build strong rapports with clients and team members
Proven ability to motivate and manage co-workers
Proactive in identifying projects that exceed budgets and timelines
Exceptional problem solving/analytical skills
Excellent oral & written English skills
A valid driver's license
The candidate must have a good working knowledge of reading both structural and/or mechanical drawings as well as the amount of effort required to create them
