Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent is considered an asset.
Relevant post-secondary education such as a degree or diploma in construction, engineering, or a related field is considered an asset.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail to ensure work quality and compliance are being appropriately monitored through inspections and observations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook). Proficiency in using batching software.
Ability to adapt to last-minute changes as dictated by the needs of our customers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
