The Opportunity
The Field Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for leading field crews while actively participating in project execution. This individual will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer specifications.
Requirements
Experience supervising industrial maintenance or coating crews
Familiarity with Vale, Glencore, and Sudbury Basin industrial sites is preferred
Must not currently be banned or restricted from accessing any Ontario mining sites
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Ability to motivate crews while maintaining productivity and safety
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence
Willingness to travel and work out of town when required
