Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of trades personnel so that budgetary targets are met or exceeded regarding safety and health, production, metallurgical and quality performance, operating economics, environmental compliance and productivity. This involves close communication and coordination with fellow reports, and relies heavily upon the incumbent providing leadership and technical expertise to subordinates.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a qualified Millwright and has a minimum of 5 years of Supervisory maintenance experience. The incumbent must possess excellent leadership abilities and superb communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage a variety of functions simultaneously.
