Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our industrial blasting and coating facility in Sudbury, Ontario. This individual will be responsible for leading production, developing employees, improving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe and profitable operations. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the facility, provide strong leadership, and continually improve our processes, culture, and customer experience.

Requirements
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence
Previous management experience within industrial coatings, fabrication, heavy industrial, manufacturing, or a related industry
Strong understanding of abrasive blasting, industrial coatings, or similar industrial processes is preferred
Demonstrated experience leading production teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Experience managing budgets, labour productivity, and operational performance
Ability to make decisions independently while working collaboratively with senior leadership.
