Contract Administrator
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary liaison between the client/owner, project managers, construction managers/general contractors, and consultants.
- Review and interpretation of construction documents.
- Perform general review during construction to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Preparation of contract administration documentation.
- Manage changes, review and negotiate change order costs.
- Respond to Contractor requests for information and administer responses in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Contract Administration and/or Construction Project Management position within the architecture or construction industry.
- An educational background in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is an asset.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with contractors, clients, consultants and other team members.
