The Opportunity:  

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer/ Technologist to join our Client’s Consulting Firm in Sudbury, Ontario. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and many other perks.

Responsibilities:

The successful individual will play a role in the design, analysis and implementation of engineering projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors and other engineering professionals to develop and execute projects.

• Collaborate and communicate with other Engineers, Architech, and Clients.
• Creating and modifying drawings and construction documents using CAD software.
• Assisting in writing technical documents and specifications for projects.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss projects progress, challenges and solutions.
• Maintaining records of design modifications, testing results, and project documentation.
• Perform field reviews: working with vendors, contractors and other professionals.
• Assisting others in the office while working on several projects simultaneously.
• Coordinating electrical requirpement with others in the office.

Requirements:‍

• Electrical Engineering degree or diploma
• Industry work experience, use of AutoCad, Revit and MS Office Suite
• Proficient written and spoken skills inEnglish and French is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment while managing individual tasks.
• Some travel to sites may be required, vehicle and driver’s licence needed.
